Bad broker behavior

I just had a broker (who pretended to be someone just looking to buy) ask me to show him properties and then when I met him there he then disclosed he was a broker…..why would a broker need another agent to show him a listing?? Because this broker is too cheap to pay the MLS dues that agents and brokers pay to view properties listed in the MLS. He also didn’t appear to know his duties or the ins and out of Missouri law. Do people really hire someone like that to represent them?? If you have a broker that doesn’t have access to MLS and can’t show you properties & appears clueless as to the how and why of things….run in the other direction as fast as you can!!!
