I almost forgot! We have had requests from people wanting to know if we are on twitter and if so where. :)

    Hi Pamela. I am an agent and I see on your twitter you have it set up to show your listings every couple of days automatically. How did you do that? I have noticed a lot of traffic on twitter for people looking at listings also the same thing on Trulia. Have you noticed this? Thanks. Oh, and great blog!

    Hi Regina. I just emailed you on how to do that. Let me know if you have any other questions. Yes, I have noticed that. We get a lot of inquiries from our blog, trulia, realtor.com, and now twitter. I have spoken with lots of other agents and they say the same thing. Do you get any from craigslist? We have seen a substantial drop from that website because of all the spammers and I’m hearing this from a lot of other people as well. Apparently it’s not just the housing section that people are hesitant of, but the whole craigslist site now. Such a shame.

    Hi Pamela. Thanks I got your email and you made it very easy to follow. Thank you so much. Yes, a lot of people don’t use craigslist now because there’s a scam on there where they list a house that’s actually not for sale and post pictures (it’s a real house!) and there’s a nice little scheme that goes along with it. Nice huh? Most people have been hesitant about craigslist for more than 6 months now. A lot of people are using yahoo more and more. We have been getting lots of hits on there and trulia. I saw your blog on trulia by the way. I think I need to start one on there also. Thanks again!
