We have been bombarded with consumer questions and although we have been answering them to the client in a timely manner we have not posted them on here for quite some time. I will get some posted this week because all of you seem to like them and benefit from them!
The Pamela Williamson Team has been very busy with clients. We have primarily been working with buyers, but are receiving a lot of inquiries from people wanting to list their home lately. We have been consistently having open houses every weekend and are continuously getting large turnouts which means there are buyers out there sellers!! No matter what you hear in the media it’s best to remember that real estate is local and St. Louis still has a lot to offer.
