You’ve heard the commercials or read the ads: “Get all the service you’re entitled to for a flat-rate. That’s right, we’ll list your home, assist you in contract negotiations, be there with you when you close, and do all those things a REALTOR© normally does, but for a flat rate.”
Well if they’re cutting their rates, and not cutting their services, then something’s got to give. And you can bet it’s not their income; I bet it’s the service they provide to you.
For people who want to be in the business of selling their own home, I think that’s fine. But if you already have a job, and already have a busy schedule, you need a professional working for you. That is my job.
